Some of my ancestry

The number direct ancestors whose name I know, is about 200. Until I find an effective way to present them, here are two interesting lineages. As you go back (e.g., to 1000AD) some of the links could be quite questionable...

The lineage containing Eliyahu ben Shlomo Zalman, is from the "Eliyahu's Branches: The Descendants of the Vilna Gaon and His Family" by Chaim Freedman, which includes genealogical data down to my grandmother.

The second lineage is from "The Unbroken Chain. Biographical Sketches and the Genealogy of Illustrious Jewish Families from the 15th-20th Century", by Neil Rosenstein. It decends down to the Schick family, while my known family tree (which also appears in the first book above) includes the same Schick family (linked with the same names [shmuel, dreiza and hanoch] as well as location [shklov and vicinity]).
