National Astrophysics Seminar - Logistical details

The National Astrophysics Seminar will be held this Wednesday, 26/2/03,  
in the Weizmann institute of science (for the program and more details, see 
http://www.fiz.huji.ac.il/~shaviv/national/national-seminar.html ).

Arrival / parking:

You may enter with your car. Just tell the guard at the entrance that you are 
participants in the national Astrophysics Seminar at the physics bldg.

Parking is marked on the online map
( http://www.weizmann.ac.il/maps/campusplain.shtml ) in beige.
There is parking along Sieff Blvd near the faculty of physics (no 36 in map) 
and between Kikar Hayovel (aka Jubilee Plaza; no 31) and San Martin bldg (no 
25). There are also numerous other parking places - and the campus is small. 

Lunch (12:45-14:15):

Lunch will be in the self service dairy "Kikar Hayovel Cafeteria" , (no 31). 
The cafeteria is on the second floor, above the bank and bookstore.

Coupons will be handed out in the cafeteria. They are good for a lunch of your 
choice and for cold and hot beverages. A section of the cafeteria has been 
reserved for us, but you are welcome to sit anywhere.

Seminar (14:15-17:50)

The seminar will be held in the Weissman auditorium in the 2nd floor of the 
Weissman (Physics) bldg (no 36). Light refreshments will be served outside the 
lecture hall during the breaks.
