Poster Instructions

Poster presenters will bring the poster on the morning of the conference according the day in which they participate.

Each poster presenter is provided a space of 0.95 width x 1.20 m height for a summary display of their paper.

Poster presenters will stand by their posters from 1330 to 1500 on the day of their conference session to answer questions.

Posters will be kept on the board for a full participation day, but they must be removed at the end of the conference since the poster boards will then be removed and the remaining posters discarded.
